For all conference attendees:
· Registration fee included: Conference meals (lunch and dinner) and coffee breaks.
Note: Upon selecting the desired registration type, your registration application is subject to a verification process (either ISBE Membership or Student)，before proceeding with the payment of the registration fee.
Participants should register to attend the full conference (offline) and will receive 3 days of conference access including daily refreshments. Registration fees do not include lodging and participants are responsible for securing their hotel accommodations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellations received on or before August 2, 2026: Full refund (no cancellation fee).
2. Cancellations received from August 3 to September 15, 2026 (inclusive): A cancellation fee of 50% of the total paid registration fee will be charged, and 50% will be refunded.
3. Cancellations received after September 15, 2026: No refund will be issued.
