The following is the explanation and clarification of ICBE manuscript submission
1. For ICBE "full-text submissions", after the conference review, we will recommend them to Journal of Bionic Engineering (JBE）or Biomimetics on the basis of merit.
2. ICBE will consolidate all abstracts into an abstract book and publish it on the official website of ICBE 2026, but these abstracts will not be indexed by SCI/EI.
3. ICBE conference will not publish a book for full papers.
